Non-profit Hosting Agreement
Computer Techniques, Inc. provides
website and domain hosting at
no charge with the following contingencies.
- Organization requesting free hosting has the status of
Non-Profit.
- Organizations will pay to CTI a one-time setup fee of
fifty dollars.
- Organization will maintain fees necessary for domain name
registration.
- Organization will be responsible for website creation
and maintenance.
CTI will provide website design services at discounted rates
for Non-
Profit Organizations.
- CTI will provide telephone technical support as time permits
for problems
that occur with the organization's hosted web site.
- Organization will place the following code at the footer of the main page.

- Organization will acknowledge donated hosting in any material
advertising
the website, with the phrase "Website hosting donated
by Computer
Techniques, Inc.
- CTI will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special
requests for
the site, such as shared secured folder, CGI scripting,
etc.
- Website uploads and changes can be made via any FTP program,
or
Microsoft FrontPage extensions.
- All content uploaded to CTI's web servers will follow
our current Terms
of Service.
- Organization will be responsible for regular backups of
the site content.
- CTI does not warrant that the hosting service will meet
any specific
requirements the organization may have.
- CTI does not warrant that the system will be error free
or un-interrupted.
- CTI will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
or consequential
damages sustained or incurred in connection with the use,
operation,or
inability to use the system.
