Policies and Information
   
 
Deposit-
   A non refundable deposit is required to secure all reservations. In the event of a cancellation the deposit will be applied to future bookings. 

Cancellation-

Cancellation due to verifiable bad whether must be made by the earlier of 9 AM or two hours before the start time. All parties less than 4 hours in length may be cancelled with 2 weeks notice. Any events that are more than 4 hours and less than 3 days may be cancelled with 1 month written notice. Any events scheduled for more than 3 days will require written notification at least 3 months in advance.

Cancellations due to bad whether will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience.
Electricity-
 It is the client's sole responsibility to provide sufficient electricity and lighting for the event. If the lighting is insufficient for the entertainers to work they will cease work and full payment will be due.
Supervision-
 The client is responsible for providing adequate supervision for all children attending the event. We will not be held responsible for any children or adults whose behavior is posing a threat or problem to us or to other patrons. We reserve the right to refuse services and request the removal of any person posing such a threat.
Health-
 We use only high quality products. We will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions to paint or latex balloons. If requested the face painter will perform a patch test prior to painting a child or adult. We reserve the right not to paint anyone who appears to be suffering from any contagious skin condition or poses a health risk. We will not give balloons to children under the age of two or to anyone who may be susceptible to the choking hazard of balloons or balloon parts.
Miscellaneous-

Artists will use reasonable care but will not be held liable for any damages to property or clothing. To remove paint from clothes Pre-treat with stain remover and launder per manufacturers directions.

Priority parking must be arranged to accommodate loading and unloading of equipment. We may have multiple events booked back to back and must be able to enter and exit in a efficient manner.

Final payment is due before the entertainers have finished packing equipment, unless prior arrangements have been made. We reserve the right to asses late charges if payment is not received in a timely manner.
