CTI specializes in computer sales, service, installation, and support for small business and consumers in Central Illinois.We are looking for a reliable, customer service oriented, quick on their feet, team player looking for a GREAT working environment that takes your input in mind when driving the business. You must be able to multi-task, communicate clearly, and have the ability to follow instructions for our company process.PC Troubleshooting: Candidate needs to be able to remove virus, spyware, and other malicious software with common software tools. Candidate needs to be able to identify and resolve hardware issues with desktops and laptops. All of this needs to be in a timely manner. Candidate must have the ability to work efficiently and change gears quickly. Proficiency with Windows XP to Windows 10 is expected. Some Apple and Linux knowledge would be helpful.Server Management: This would be a big plus (Active Directory, MS Exchange, and SharePoint).Candidate would handle in-shop repairs and remote service as well as possible on-site repairs. Candidate would also be trained in installation of Fiber Internet, Phone, and TV. Running cables and setting up wireless networks.Normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Most holidays and all weekends closed (rare exception is business migration and/or emergency over the weekend).Qualifications• 2-3 years computer repair experience preferred.
